A Brief History
Hi I'm Nadine. This blog is the culmination of a journey I've taken. It started by simply taking some yoga classes to alleviate pain, feel better and stronger. As I progressed I saw things that could change in my life to build a better me. Work stress, family, friends pulled me in differing directions. This is a journey about what areas of life are most important. This blog focuses on stress relief, yoga, healthy eating, financial well being and mindfulness. This was not a question on what I should do generally, but what I should do for me to meet my own and achieve my personal goals.
During my journey I've found so many others who struggle with days being too short to accomplish everything. Let's learn together!
