Creativity Through Mindfulness & Games

Pursue your creative dreams and be more productive through mindfulness practices, games that push you creatively, and a bit of socializing. We'll focus on actionable steps you can take from day one to increase your creative output and boost productivity in your life. 

Expand your social network while devoting time to nurturing your creative spirit. Workshops held monthly with differing focus around creativity. Previous topics included: Conflict, Being Still, Motivation and more.

Giving Back

Hatha yoga class at St. Marks Cathedral. This class is not religious in nature, but happens under the huge and sumptuously quiet rafters of the main cathedral. Join us for a class that stretches, moves and allows you to relax into the end of your weekend.

6pm Sundays - I teach on the 3rd weekend of each month

This is an all-levels class open to the public. Donations are suggested.

 

Breathe, flow and relax into your day with a slow flow Vinyasa/Hatha class that warms you, reduces stress and rejuvenates your mind and body. Think of yoga with slower flowing movements and imagine pushing through honey. If you are experienced or are just beginning, this class will suit you. It includes slower Vinyasa movement and hold poses like Hatha. Class ends with a 5 minute Savasana (relaxation) and 5 minute guided meditation. If you are looking to warm your body and find yourself mentally and physically – Join for this us!

Not sure you fit in at a studio? This Hatha yoga class is great for all levels and allows moms, teens and others to refocus and refresh. Bring your mat and join us. What matters here is your presence and desire to improve both mentally and physically. In this class we use asana and breathing to balance, find alignment and increase flexibility. Class ends with a 5 minute Savasana (relaxation) and 5 minute guided meditation.
