Business conferences, team building exercises, lunch-n-learns or other special events are covered with Balanced Humans. Bringing yoga and meditation to your event can help conference attendees focus and retain information, reduce stress and fatigue, and bring a calm energy to those who attend.

What I Bring:
Music to suit the class and a calm space
Yoga & mindfulness classes at the level of each student
Mats – I travel with mats and blocks!
Calming and refreshing essential oil and posture adjustment*
60 minute classes receive a 5 minute Savasana (rest)
Guided 5 minute meditation ends every 30 & 60 minute class

What You Bring:
Announce the class and encourage participants to join
Provide space. Options can include the conference hall or meeting room, break room or quiet open or outdoor space
Mats & yoga clothes are optional for some classes
10, 15, 20 or 30 minute – no mat mat or yoga attire needed
60 minute – full class that includes mats and yoga attire
Great news! Balanced Humans travels with up to 8 mats when you need them
