About Kali

My name is Kali Shilvock. I am a RYT 500-hour certified yoga teacher, taught within the Sri Vidya lineage of ancient tradition and teachings. I have completed several trainings and advanced certifications in Meditation, Ayurveda and ParaYoga. My teaching experience has taken me to Bali, Indonesia and I teach virtually at local Seattle studios. I have found so much joy in sharing teachings and practices that help students deepen somatic awareness and make the journey inward. I continue to expand and build upon my commitment to empowering others to access a greater sense of health, happiness, and physical and emotional well-being. I bring my knowledge and passion to studios and workplace wellness programs.

About Kathleen

Kathleen Brooks’ classes are fun, challenging and inclusive. Many of my classes are mixed level classes will be fairly strenuous, and will include options to ramp up or down to personalize to your needs. Through thoughtful sequencing and precise cues we will work toward a peak pose. We will strengthen and stretch the areas needed for a pose, allowing students to discover poses they may not have found accessible before.
